FUNCION DE MINISTERIO PÚBLICO

    POR ESTE CONDUCTO, SOLICITO ME PUEDAN AYUDAR A RESOLVER LAS SIGUIENTES DUDAS: SE PRESENTO UNA DENUNCIA EN LA FEVIMTRA DE LA PGR, SE PRESENTARON LAS PRUEBAS, SE RATIFICO LA DENUNCIA. EL DÍA DE HOY SE CUENTAN CON OTRAS PRUEBAS DOCUMENTALES, ASÍ COMO CON TESTIGOS.  ¿ES FACTIBLE VOLVER A IR A FEVIMTRA PARA AMPLIAR DECLARACIÓN Y PRESENTAR LAS NUEVAS PRUEBAS? O ¿HAY QUE ESPERAR HASTA QUE EL MINISTERIO PÚBLICO TERMINE SU INVESTIGACIÓN? ¿LA VÍCTIMA TIENE QUE CONTAR CON ABOGADO PENALISTA O EL MINISTERIO PÚBLICO REALIZA ESA FUNCIÓN? ¿PORQUÉ SE ESTÁN PIDIENDO LOS EXPEDIENTES A UNA DEPENDENCIA FEDERAL DE LAS PERSONAS INVOLUCRADAS INCLUYENDO EL DE LA VÍCTIMA?

    ¿LA VÍCTIMA TIENE QUE CONTAR CON ABOGADO PENALISTA O EL MINISTERIO PÚBLICO REALIZA ESA FUNCIÓN?

    de preferencia... ya que el particular... siempre se aelanta... da  medios de prueba... que no sirven... que no funcionan... mal ofrecidos... mal relacionados.... en fin... todo lo hace mal....

    ¿PORQUÉ SE ESTÁN PIDIENDO LOS EXPEDIENTES A UNA DEPENDENCIA FEDERAL DE LAS PERSONAS INVOLUCRADAS INCLUYENDO EL DE LA VÍCTIMA?

    pos...porque estan investigando... y eso incluye a la supuesta victima... que luego... no lo es... cuando no pudo obtener un provecho... una extyorsiòn... o para curarse en salud de algun ilicito cometido... denuncia o se querella....
