si para el remate... no se adjuntaron documentos del registro publico que demuestren propiedad y libertad de gravamen... no va a proceder nada... no tienes caus apar pedir que el dueño..propietario...responable... o demandado... exhiban documento alguno... eso te tocaba a ti antes del remate...
