POR DEUDAS DE CACTER CIVIL...NO HAY CARCEL... ART. 17 CONSTITUCIONAL FEDERAL....

2.- Existe alguna manera legal de que pueda liberarce de la Hipoteca pues ya no va a poder seguir pagando.

PAGANDO... SOLO PAGANDO... ESA ES LA MANERA LEGAL....

3.- Existe alguna manera de que si deja de pagar su hipoteca no le puedan quitar su casa?

CLARO QUE NO... LA CASA ES LA GARANTIA DE LA HIPOTECA... NO LA PAGA... SE REMATA Y SE LE QUITA... CON ELLO CONCLUYE LA DEUDA...

4.- Una amistad me dijo que la ley decia que nadie puede ser privado de su libertad por deudas de caracter civil. Busque en internet pero en ningun lado encontre que dijera que sucedia lo mismo en las deudas mercantiles. Si me estoy confundiendo porfavor ayudenme a aclararlo.

YA SE TE DIJO... EL ARTICULO 17 DE LA CONSTITUCIÒN FEDERAL ASI LO SEÑALA... PARA EFECTOS CIVIL Y MERCANTIL... SON LO MISMO... ES DERECHO PRIVADO...
