First of all, I'm not in Baja, but the Mexican Law is open for people to file lawsuits by themselves using the phrase "por mi propio derecho". Unfortunately, I wouldn't recomend doing it by yourself because ourl legal procedures and bureaucracy is quite different from the US Law & procedures.
My best advise is contact a Lawyer that speaks english, stablished in Baja and specialized in Civil / Mercantile Law.
If you insist in doing it without a lawyer, this is what you are looking for:
//mexicolegal/verindividual.php?id=200
Once again, consider using a lawyer. If any other further question, send a pm.
