    QUIERO DEMANDAR UN CHEQUE QUENO SE COBRO A TIEMPO, POR LO TANTO TENDRA QUE SER POR LA VIA ORDINARIA EN EJERCICIO DE LA ACCION CAUSAL, EL PROBLEMA ES QUE LA RELACION CAUSAL QUE MOTIVO QUE ME GIRARAN EL CHEQUE FUE CON UNA PERSONA DIVERSA A LA QUE GIRO EL CHEQUE, ESTO ES ME GIRO EL CHEQUE LA ESPOSA DE LA PERSONA QUE ME DEBE, COMO DEBO DE REDACTAR LA DEMANDA PARA ACREDITAR LA RELACION CAUSAL??
