    hi, my name is daniel soltero Amaral

    i would like to marry my girlfriend, problem is that Her dad has the same last name.[soltero]

    When my mom was sepertated from her husband she had me with another person. then had a baby ( which is me)

    but when i was born she didnt the  last name of my actual dad but of her last husband last name.

    Well, I think that there isnt really a legal problem, if you and your girlfriend aren't relatives you are able to marry, without any consequence...

     

    Maybe your sons will ask you later why his grandpa,  you and his mom has the same last name, and he wil be:

    Baby Soltero Soltero....   xD

    But i repeat, if you and your girlfriend arent relatives, like nephew-uncle, cousin-cousin, there isnt a problem.
